DMA Training Club aims at physical, mental and spiritual well-being that leads to a healthy and happy life. Our team of dedicated and highly qualified Yoga teachers with international certification will help you achieve this goal through the practice of various forms of yoga-like Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, and Body Sculpting. Our Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation, Healing, and Ayurveda Workshops will also help you to attain good health, inner peace, and happiness and thereby create a life of abundance. With a wide offering of fitness via our Personal Trainers or our vibrant group exercise classes, coaching sessions with opt2run running club, outdoor coached cycling sessions and our triathlete coaching business, We are not a run-of-the-mill generic operation.
